Terms and Conditions

Please have a look through our terms and conditions below before placing your order.  You will be asked to tick and confirm that you have read these before your order will be processed fully.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment is to be made in full before your order can be made.  You will receive an email confirmation once payment has been received.   All items are made to order and we always aim to dispatch within 10 working days (sooner if we have stock ready).  The dispatch time may increase during our peak times.  Postal delivery times are additional to the 10 days.  If you require your items urgently, please contact us before placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible if your parcel goes missing in the post due to incorrect postal address details, please ensure and check these are correct once you are through to the checkout area.

We reserve the right to cancel an order until it has been marked for dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

All items are packed securely in bubblewrap for protection, boxed and then placed inside a mailing bag to help protect from any wet weather conditions if left outside. 

During any hot weather months we may hold back on delivery until the weather cools enough to safely send your parcel, we will advise you of this as soon as we can.  We also add a heat warning sticker to your parcel to advise the postal staff to not leave your parcel outside in the heat. Placing your order with us during any hot weather conditions is at your own risk.  If possible please enter an alternate ‘delivery’ address, where you know someone can accept delivery if you work during the day, your work address may be a better alternative during these times.

All orders are sent via 2nd class signed for at a cost of £3.99 regardless of size. Postage is free with all orders over £50 (UK only).  Southern Ireland postage is at £10 up to 2kg.  All postage is calculated at checkout.

Once the Post Office has taken receipt of your parcel we are no longer responsible for any damage/breakages or the delivery of your parcel.  Our Post Office advises that if, after 10 days, your parcel is missing/lost, please fill out the claim form on their website using your tracking number. We will send you your tracking number on your dispatch email confirmation, and assist you where we can. 

Any parcels returned to us due to incorrect address details or non-collection, can be re posted to you but this will incur another £3.99 postage charge, we will send a separate invoice to you via email.  Your order cost will not be refunded if this happens, you are responsible to cover any additional postage charge if this
happens.
   

Please contact us within 24hrs of accepting delivery, if there is any problem with the contents of your order (not weather related).  We will discuss this in further detail with you. 

All chocolate items are handmade to order.  They may differ slightly in design, shape and weight.

All ingredients and allergy information is on the back of all of our products.  Where possible we have added full nutritional values. Please contact us if you require further information before ordering.  Please note that all products are made in an environment where nuts are used in other products.

We have items registered with the Intellectual Property Office.  We love that you love our chocolate, but please do not reproduce them.  If you would like
